everything was really good during 2 days, appreciated its strategic and comfy location near the malacca river, major tourist spots, and jonker street / the river. the room was a nice size with twin bed and a balcony, for example, just what was needed. our breakfasts were very very good at the coffee house.

The room was bright, spacious. The beds were comfy and the view quite near to town was wonderful. Location: the hotel was next to the nearest eateries/mall as well as the restaurant. I had coffee at Hibiscus Cafe, located within 10 minutes walk.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Melaka. The service from the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage outlets was exceptional. The hotel had all the amenities my family needed, including a lovely swimming pool, gym, and a coffee house. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen was of high quality. The location of the hotel was also convenient, just a short drive away from the city center but away from the busy areas. It was definitely value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They even arranged for a complimentary minivan to take us to the nearby bus station after check out. The hotel's breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially the Nasi Lemak. The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed relaxing there. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and the connection speed was great. we had a fantastic experience here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for our family of three, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an additional single bed. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff responded quickly to any requests we had. We also loved the large balcony that provided a safe space for our toddler to play.

Great value for middle budget and family vacation. The hospitality exceeded my expectations from the housekeeping to the reception. The free parking was a bonus, making our city break stress-free. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options at the on-site restaurant, and the location was central to explore the city.

A few spots at the hotel compound, including the entrance and lobby toilet, were missed for cleanliness. The room walls were thin, and we could hear conversations outside.
